NYU’ RESTAURANT

ITALY

A restaurant built on Roman ruins in the heart of Oderzo fuses the old with the new, not only by location but also through the dining experience. Traditional Italian dishes are rediscovered, cooked on a teppanyaki by the restaurant’s Michelin-starred chef. The open kitchen offers an eventful space where the meals prepared are visible to the public. Finally, the most important element of the dining experience is the tables, specifically designed to change and adapt throughout the meal, depending on the course served.
